UPSEE (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination) 2018 is organized to provide admission to various PG and UG courses in all the technical colleges/institutions affiliated to Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU). UP is the main authority which supervises the AKTU/UPTU 2018 Entrance exam. Admission to various Under Graduate & Post Graduate courses is provided on the basis of merit list ranking obtained in UPSEE. UPSEE Application Form 2018

  • UPSEE 2018 Applications will be submitted via online mode only.
  • Applicants can fill UPSEE application form from the official website.
  • Online application form starts from the 3rd week of January 2018.
  • Applicants filling the online application form also have to upload their scanned imagesof colored photograph, signature, and left hand thumb impression.
  • Candidates need not to send hard-copy (printout)of filled-in application form/any other document to the University.
  • After paying the application fee, applicants need to take the hard-copy (printout) of “confirmation page”for future preference.
  • There is also no need to send the confirmation/authorization page to the UPTU/ AKTU/UPSEE 2018 office. Application number is printed on this confirmation page.

It is compulsory for all the candidates to fulfill all the eligibility norms/criteria of UPSEE 2018 in order to fill the application form of UPSEE 2018. Here we provide all the eligibility for all the courses covered by UPSEE.

UPSEE Exam Pattern 2018

  • Papers:Examination of UPSEE will be organized for 11 papers.
  • Number of Questions:Paper-I, II, III will contain total 150 questions; Paper-V, VI, VII, VIII will contain total 75 questions and Paper-IX, X, XI, and XII will contain total 100 questions each. Paper-IV will contain total 50 questions each of Aesthetic & Maths Sensitivity contain total of 100 questions and 2 questions from Drawing Skill.
  • Exam Mode:Paper-I, Paper-II, Paper-III and Paper-IV are the OMR (Optical Mark Recognition) based paper while rest of the papers are CBT (Computer Based Tests).
  • Subjects Covered:Subjects varies paper-wise. Applicants can check all details about subjects for each paper from the below given table.
  • Type of Questions:All the papers are of MCQ’s type (except Drawing Aptitude Test [(Part-B of paper-IV)].
  • Exam Duration:3 hours.
  • Marking Scheme:on each and every right answer applicants will be rewarded with 4 marks.
  • Negative Marking:no negative marking scheme for this exam paper.

UPSEE 2018 Syllabus

Syllabus for UPSEE 2018 varies from paper to paper. Basically UPSEE examination is held for a total of 11 papers. Each paper contain different subject. It is tough to write syllabus for all the papers. However, we provide the detailed syllabus soon. The Chemistry, Physics  and Maths/Biology subjects of paper-I (B. Tech. Agriculture Engineering/ B. Tech.) and paper-II (Bio Technology/B. Tech.) typically containing the important topics of 11th and 12th class.

UPSEE Admit Card 2018

Admit card for UPSEE 2018 will be available via online mode only in the first week of April 2018. Applicants must carry their admit card while going for the UPSEE examination. The qualified applicants are required to produce their admit card at the time of admission and counselling and make it safe till the admission process is over.

UPSEE Result

Result for UPSEE 2018 is expected to be declared in last week of May 2018. Along with the result Answer key will also be declared. For each and every course, a separate merit list will be prepared which will be based on applicant’s performance in UPSEE exam.

UPSEE Cut-Off

Cut-off percentage of marks for merit of qualified applicants is 25% (for unreserved category) applicants whereas applicants belong to reserved category need to secure 20% for the same. Applicants those who will qualify the cut-off norm/criteria will be called for the counseling round.

UPSEE 2018 Counselling

It is necessary for the successful applicants of UPSEE to appear in counselling to get seat in particular course. The qualified applicants will be intimated regarding counselling via website & newspapers. The allotment of seats will totally depend upon applicant’s rank and availability of seats.
